THE MISSION:

Owned by rising Seniors at Penncrest High School, Footy & Fitness is dedicated to instilling productive lifestyles in the lives of the next generation. Promoting your child with foundational skills and healthy habits can make significant changes to their lifestyle, as we believe that the longest lasting habits are those formed in the youth.

We aim to familiarize players with high school level soccer, and aid the development of each player, allowing them to stand out among their teammates. 

 

Learning from our own experiences, consistency is extremely important. Getting the reps in is essential for growth and results. Our programs offer foundational lessons of soccer skills, fitness, and diet, through themes of reinforcement, disciplineperseverance, dedication, and passion.

I'm Colin Scott and I co-own FOOTY&FITNESS. I coordinate the "footy"/soccer side of our training. My goals when coaching young athletes fall into two pillars: drilling to excellence in the fundamentals of the game and training the love of the game into the youth.

 

I believe that purpose and love for what you do is essential. Without a direction in life, it's impossible for one to truly love learning and progressing as an athlete.
